Hugo-Henrik Hachem is a postdoctoral researcher studying lifelong learning, AI skills policy, and how educational systems adapt to AI. His work compares Sweden and Singapore's AI skills policies, explores accrediting AI MOOCs at Swedish universities (Cogent Education, 2025), and examines reflexivity in Elements of AI (with Heintz, International Journal of Lifelong Education, 2024). PhD from Örebro University on older adult education. MA from University of Oulu and Notre Dame University Louaize.
